The Weitzman School of Design harnesses the power of art and design to advance the public good—locally, nationally, and globally.
We are unique among our peers in bringing together aspiring and accomplished architects, landscape architects, planners, preservationists, artists, and data scientists who are committed to building a better world.
With powerful tools and technologies, groundbreaking new faculty members, and a renewed sense of purpose, we are preparing our graduates to meet the most pressing challenges of our moment, from climate change and urbanization to mass migration. Having opened pathways for innovation through new research centers, the School is inspiring impact in classrooms, studios, and community-focused projects, while redoubling its efforts to ensure that Weitzman students and faculty reflect the full spectrum of human experience found across the United States and around the world.
