2022 Homecoming Brunch

A beloved tradition brings together members of the Benjamin Franklin Society

Members of the Benjamin Franklin Society (BFS) and their guests mingled and shared their Penn pride in Houston Hall during the group’s 2022 Homecoming Brunch.

In its 68th year, BFS recognizes donors who make gifts of $2,500 or more to annual giving funds each fiscal year. BFS hosted this fun and filling event for over 400 alumni, Penn parents, students, and friends before the Homecoming football game against Yale on Saturday, October 22.

Penn Alumni President and University Trustee Ann Reese, CW’74, PAR’06, PAR’12, thanked BFS members for their record-setting support this past fiscal year and welcomed them back to campus.

“It’s wonderful to be together at Homecoming,” said Reese. “This is an opportunity to see firsthand the inspiring impact that’s happening at Penn, including an impressive number of exciting opportunities for students. Your commitment to annual giving makes this possible.”

A rousing performance from the Penn Band and Penn Cheer spurred attendees toward Franklin Field to support the Quakers, who landed a touchdown in the last 30 seconds of play to win a narrow victory over Yale, retaining their undefeated record of 6-0.
