J. Larry Jameson, MD, PhD
President, University of Pennsylvania
J. Larry Jameson was named President of the University of Pennsylvania in March 2025 after serving as Interim President since December 2023. Previously, he spent 12 years as EVP for the Health System and Dean of the Raymond and Ruth Perelman School of Medicine. As President, Jameson champions Penn’s values and leads the implementation of Penn Forward, its strategic planning initiative. Milestones to date include a new home for interdisciplinary data science; new leadership roles to advance Penn’s work in artificial intelligence, climate science, and the arts; and pioneering academic programs and initiatives. As a physician-scientist, Jameson has studied the genetic basis of hormonal disorders, authored more than 350 articles and chapters, and edited the foremost internal medicine textbook. He holds medical and doctoral degrees from the University of North Carolina.

Former President, Wharton Club of Korea
Samuel (Sam) Sanghyun Kim is the former Vice Chairman and Group CEO of Lotte Retail.  He recently retired after a distinguished career transforming large-scale CPG and retail organizations, enhancing shareholder value through operational discipline, international expansion, and organization-building at Lotte, DFI Group, Homeplus, and Procter & Gamble.  Mr. Kim has also been active supporting Penn as a former member of the Huntsman Program in International Studies and Business Advisory Board and currently serves on the Advisory Board at the Armellino Center of Excellence for Williams Syndrome at Penn Medicine.
Ilho Yoo, G’87
President, Penn Club of Korea​
Ilho Yoo has served as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance, among other positions. Prior to his political career, he was a researcher at the Korea Development Institute and later served as president of the Korea Institute of Public Finance, and as a professor at the Yonsei University Graduate School of Business. Mr. Yoo is currently an advisor at the law firm ClassHankyul.
